56 Transit pass is in respect of
(a) Vehicles in which goods are taken from the state to another state
(b) Vehicles entering the state at one point and going out of state at another point without off loading any goods in the state
(c) Vehicles in which goods are brought to the state from another state
(d) Goods produced and distributed with in the state itself

57 ‘Individual’ is not related to

58 (1) In VAT the registering authority issues a certificate of registration
(2) This certificate of registration has to be renewed
